Shipping Policy
Cala Atlas ships from Barcelona, Spain. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are prepared during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 (excluding Spanish public holidays).
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and are shown at checkout.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, hotels or temporary forwarding addresses. Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us at hello@calaatlas.com before your order has shipped.
Shipping Zones & Costs
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to most countries in the European Union and to the United Kingdom. These destinations benefit from our most efficient delivery routes, allowing us to cover the shipping cost for you.

Other European Countries
Some European destinations have higher courier rates due to geographic distance or carrier conditions. For these countries, a small and transparent shipping fee is applied at checkout.
Rest of the World
Shipping costs for non-European destinations are calculated based on location and courier availability. Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and local regulations.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your shipping address. These are provided by our courier partners and may vary depending on the destination.
Shipments to countries outside the European Union (such as the United Kingdom or Switzerland) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional handling times. These charges must be paid by the recipient and vary by country.
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to external factors such as transport strikes, customs inspections, high seasonal demand or other events outside our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Delivery Confirmation
Some deliveries may require a signature, depending on the country and the courier. Once a parcel is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, the responsibility for the package passes to the recipient. If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at hello@calaatlas.com, we’ll be happy to help you investigate with the courier.
Import Duties (Outside the EU)
Shipments to countries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland or other non-EU destinations) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional handling times. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Cala Atlas cannot estimate these costs or influence customs processing times.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties, any return, customs or handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
Returned or Undeliverable Orders
Orders may be returned to us if:

the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete

the courier cannot complete the delivery

the parcel is refused by the recipient

required customs procedures are not completed
When an order is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, we will issue a refund after deducting the original shipping cost (if any) and any additional return, customs or handling charges charged to us by the courier.
If you would like the order to be shipped again, a new shipping fee will apply.
